Fox Mulder, FBI agent in charge of the fictional X-Files,
told us that back in 90s. Scully was his
partner and wasn’t always too sure about his beliefs or even if he was a little
nuts or not. She came around in the end.
I suppose the accuracy
of Mulder’s statement depends on what truth you are looking for. Are there alien intelligences out in the
universe? Almost certainly there are,
probably many. Do aliens walk among us
today? Almost certainly not although
that day may come.
Is this world we live in more strange, more magical that
most know? Do we have abilities we are
unaware of? Are there other realities
and other beings just outside the reach of our normal senses, places that can
only be reached by altered states of consciousness? Places found, visited and mapped by unusual
training conducted by the U.S. government, the CIA, DIA, Military
Intelligence. You can bet your life on
it.
